In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until our team reviews it. Additionally, please ensure to write "Received Damaged "on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner. For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received. You can do so by clicking on 'Return' under the 'My Orders' section of the storefront and share images of the items received. Please share images of the defective/wrong items for us to resolve the issue. Note -You need to share a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures. Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted in red. You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice. In case you face any difficulties in following this process, kindly get in touch with us. Any such complaint raised after 23 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.

We currently do not offer exchanges on our store but in case you have received a defective/wrong product then we can replace the same.

1. We will issue refund to your to the original payment method used for the purchase once the return items are received and approved after deducting the return fee (as applicable). Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your Bank.
2. In case the product does not meet our quality check, we will not be able to process the refund. We can ship the product back to you if you agree to bear the shipping costs.

Please wait for 5-7 working days after the return request is marked as complete. If you haven't received the refund after 7 working days, please reach out to us and we will resolve your issue.
